About my xp-400

I like my XP-400 very much and have been quite pleased with it.
Only two problems and neither really big!
1. The icons for "proceed", "back", etc. should be a bit bigger and brighter. The current , very small, red ones are just too small and would be easier to see if they were made larger and maybe yellow or white, rather than red on the black background.
2. The amounts of ink in the cartridges seem to be somewhat small compared to those in other printers that I have used.

Poor ink

Used printer a few times,then i printed blanks.called and was told to clean cartridges,which i did.still didnt work correcly was told to keep doing it i did and it drained allmthe ink out now i have to buy new ink

I love my XP-400 and am still learning to use it.
I am concerned about one thing, it seems to me
that my old printer took much less ink when I print my items. and I only needed to change
two ink cartages not four. which meant less pay out of money. And for me that means a lot because I am a senior on a fixed income. This means I can not buy more ink for my printer
till I can save up for it and it will take me at least
3-4 months.
It is getting harder for us seniors to enjoy life's
simple things.

Disappointed

We were hoping for a dependable printer to replace a dinosaur we've used from 1999. The things that were good about the printer include the fact that it was easy to hook up to our lap tops and use as a wireless printer. Also it prints color very well. The things that disappointed us include the fact that the ink runs out too quickly. Also, it doesn't hold much paper so we have to refill it quite often. The biggest problem, however, is the fact that the paper does not remain aligned right, so our documents often print out crooked on the paper. This is not beneficial when our college student is trying to print out her English papers. She has to hold the paper in the paper tray straight while it is printing to produce a professional looking paper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

On the road....

Needed a small yet quality printer for my business, which requires that I travel the country. It needed to be packed easily, lightweight, and hold a "nice" supply of paper, so I wasn't running out of paper all the time. I found all of these qualities with this printer. It is easy to use, easy to change the cartridges, and gives a quality copy every time!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great little printer. Fits well in a tight place, was very easy to set up and very easy to learn how to use. Let's me print from my ipad, iphone and all the computers in may house. Yeah!
