Very cool

I like this printer. Print quality is the same as most. The Epson Connect is extremely easy to use which makes it simple to print things from the Smartphone or locations other than home. Your printer gets an email address, send an attachment to it, home or not, and it will print! Awesome. Setting to the wireless network at home is easy. I have had no issues with the printer after a few months of use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I needed a replacement copier. Thought the XP -400 would fit my needs as it would print wireless.
Prints from computer fine except can not get wireless feature to work so use a cable but makes it inconvinete when I want to print something from iPad when sitting in another room. Also when I want to just make a copy of something it uses photo paper instead of plain paper setting. Have uninstalled and restalled about 3 times to try and fix paper problem and the wireless problem but nothing works. Will continue to use as I can't afford something else at this time.
This must be an older model as I can not fine ink any place but on web sights.

Terrible bandng problem

In general, I like the copier. Unfortunately, about two months after it was purchased, it was not printing at all. After 8 head cleanings, it is working again, but at a cost of almost an entire set of ink. If it happens again, it will be cheaper to buy a new one!

An excellent product for the money. However, product booklet needs to include more in the way of actual instruction for envelopes, other special media. Illustrations in product manual are poor.

Wireless, inexpensive and easy to set-up. We have 3 computers and the disc/documentation that came with the small-in-one made it easy to get set-up in a relatively short amount of time. We have printed scanned and copied with no problems. The one thing we haven't done yet is set-up a tablet. This is where you would have to search for and download the drivers from the internet to allow printing from the tablet, which has no disc drive. I also keep getting a message that some portion of the epson network is not connected; although the system seems to work regardless of that message.
I would recommend this to a friend!
