I have just spent three hours trying to get the printer to print. I was told it was a snap, just hook your laptop to it and its ready to go.

The WORST printer I've ever had!

I've had this printer 4 months and I'm ready to bring it to a field and reenact Office Space with it. I followed the directions to a T setting up the wifi so I could print through the network - one of the main features I wanted in a new printer. Except this printer will only print MAYBE once out of every 10 attempts. It shows it's connected to the wifi, every troubleshoot I run says that everything working fine, except when I try to print, the print queue says the printer's not connected and it can't be found! It's the one of the most aggravating things I've ever had to deal with!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer seems like an effective printer for most uses. However, we need a printer to print directly from Android phone-It cannot do this.

Bought my XP-400 about a month ago and this is the best printer I have ever had. Clear printing and the ink cartridges are a reasonable price. Love the fact if one of the ink cartridges runs out of ink it will continue to print and not shut down the printer as my last printer did. So far, I would highly recommend the XP-400. Had to try two times to get it up and running but have had no problems since.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer has been really great, putting out excellent quality printed paper and photos, however ink even though the price is really reasonable, runs out a little too fast with heavy printing. Also today a new problem has arisen for me, I haven't used my printer in a month or so and now the black ink wont print at all, I have done numerous nozzle check, print head cleanings, even head alignment, with no improvement at all. The cartridge worked in the beginning but now its only half empty and no black ink is printed at all. I really hope I can get this resolved without too much trouble because I really do like my printer.

My Epson Printer is a wonderful machine. I have not fully learned to use all benefits yet,but i know i will soon and love it even more. Printing has been with such ease that i feel like a pro already. My family loves it too! The grand-kids think it's a new family toy. The only problem i'm having so far is trying to download use of printing software without using the cd. I will keep trying to find a software download sight so i can print e-mails and photos.

The print quality seems fine. But for hours I've been trying to get it to print wifi. Still working on it 5 hours now.

This printer is the worst piece of technology I have ever bought. The quality is terrible, and the head needs to be cleaned constantly. You cannot print in black and white if any of the 4 color cartridges are out of ink. Every time I try to print something there is a problem with this device. Grade: F
