I found it almost impossible to figure out. After the first time I changed the ink, it no longer worked.

My Epson XP-400

The installation process for the XP-400 was easy, and I was able to put it on 3 computers. The scanning, printing, and copying functions work very well. It is quick and easy to replace ink cartridges, for which I received coupons from Epson. I called Epson Customer Service once and had my question answered in 2 minutes. It is just a perfect printer for my needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Product But...

I love this printer But the front panel keeps falling off no matter how many times i re stick it! My fell off again unbeknownst to me and my puppy got a hold of it and chewed it up! IS there ANY way to order another????

Easy to use

XP400 was easy to install as wireless printer/scanner and straightforward to use for Mac and Windows PC's we have. We do not use the fax option. Print quality has been clear and crisp. Ink usage is good and more efficient than HP printer we replaced. No jams yet.

Great Printer whos quality matches its price

This printer is amazingly affordable and is perfect for home use. I am a college student who frequently prints out powerpoint presentations. This printer is fast, the quality and sharpness of printouts is great, ink price is affordable. They only thing I do not like is that to program it to the wifi network in your home you have to use the little touch pad on the printer which is extremely frustrating, time consuming, and horribly pixelized characters that can not be distinguished at small scales.
