Printer is fine, no problem but for copying it is extremely slow.

This is a great little printer! I scrapbook so I print a lot of pictures and they come out beautifully. The size doesn't take up much room, either. I would definitely buy one again!

Good print, Slow scan

I like the quality of the printing and the speed, although the standard ink cartridges get low fast.
The scanning function is too slow and the copy utility that came with my old RS-300 and my Epson V-200 scanner is not available with the XP-400. On anything I want to copy now -- text or photo -- I scan it using my V-200, save it to a file and then print that item from the file. Faster than waiting for the XP-400. BRING BACK THE CREATIVE SUITE AND ITS COPY UTILITY!!

hate printer

Will not print card stock.
i have to tap on top of paper to get it to go in to printer then it might print. most of the time it will skip the 1st page it might print a 2 pper.

Epson Printer

Both my husband and I are enjoying our new Epson printer. We are connected to it via WiFi. It was easy to set up and program for us two non-techies. It is compact, light, and easy to use. Just follow the directions!

I needed a printer ASAP and one that is easy to use and doesn't do complicated things like faxing. This printer was perfect for me. I have a very small home business and print a lot of information.

Epson XP-400 Printer

Very happy. Small format, great looks, works well. Wireless set-up was so easy and it works! I can send my documents wirelessly from my computer - sending from a tablet seems tricky but I have no need to do that. Four stars because paper feeds into the printer rather violently. But I'm still glad I bought the printer.

Quiet and quality are the two words that best describe the Epson XP-400 but ink cartridge volume deficiency negates some of overall good vibes from this unit.
