Just as good as you need

I like this printer,but their is only one thing that I am having a problem with. This printer program gets lost,and I have to go thru the hole process of reprograming my system about every 2 to 3 months. I don't know why this happens, sometimes I have to get help and that gets very expensive.I have 2 computors and both systems go down for reprograming.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

"jammed"

When it worked, it worked well. After about 2weeks it "jammed," as in the printer thinks it is jammed but it isn't so i cant use it. Since it isnt actually jammed i have no idea how to un-jam it.

I really have been enjoying my Epson XP-400 printer,it is small but does a fantastic job printing things. I would recommend it to family & friends.

love my new epsom xp 400 all in one printer

What a great little printer this is. It scans so much better than my other printer. It prints everything beautifully. The touch screen is easy to use(after reading instructions of course.) I love the fact that you only have to buy what ink level is low rather than having to buy all colors at once like my othe printer. Epsom support was so helpful in helping me to use the install info I needed on line as my cd-rm wasnt working(Jane was most helpful with this endeavor). Once the install on line info was completed- printer worked just fne. Epsom will always be my printer of choice from here on in!!

I appreciate that this was better & easier than I anticipated! I have used Kodak printers in the past but they are not being produced any longer so I am having to change sources. I hope Epson lasts a long time as I do quite a bit of printing since I am in school. This was very easy & I thank you as I don't have time to waste! Thank you!

I was very disappointed in the lack of ink from the original packaging. This does not make the value of the printer worth much. There is only enough ink to print the test pages.

Excellant choice

Previously owned an Epson Stylus NX430 which was an excellent machine; however after 2-3 years something happened to the roller system and I replaced it with an Epson XP-400. It was removed from box and I plugged the power cord in and it immediately connected to my Wi-Fi. It does not come with a UBS cable so I did not have to use one to complete the setup. The commands are the same as on the NX430, therefore no learning curve. I have been using the XP-400 for a month now and it purrs along with no problems. It has a very small foot-print, which helps in a small at home office.
