Great product. I have had no problems with it. It does everythig it says and is very easy to hook up and use.

Great small printer

This printer fits exactly into the space I have available. It prints and copies very well. I have not yet used the scan feature.
Mt experience with Epson printers has been good; they seem to last a long time. I'm hoping this one will do as well as my last one in that regard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

clear even blown up colors are perfect
its not big or particularly fast but it is perfect for heavy home usesince I use it a lot I will be ordering the xl ink catridges only available directly from EPSON to save some real $$$ as I
print tons of pictures of our adorable new Baby,
Kaitlyn.
I also have gone paperless so I use my XP 400
to scan in everything, auto mode most of the time
but if I have a stack of 50ish I just go to office mode and plow right through the stack just as fast as I can put them on the scanner bed and I can title them as I go. Dont let me forget this printer didn't even dent the budget, and yet it out preforms the big buck monsters day in and day out. ThanX

This is a compact printer which is nice, but when it prints it pulls the paper from the left side only and tips the paper stack, therefore not printing correctly. It creates the entire stack of paper to become off center and ruins the printed page. The only way to make it work is to hold the stack with your hand and guide it through. I expect to return this printer!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like almost everything about it: the compact size, print quality, ease of installation, wireless connectivity, auto-shutdown and simple user interface.
One thing I'm not wild about is the number of services that are installed. However I haven't noticed any problems or system degradation.
Just as most printers on the market, replacing all ink cartridges will probably cost you nearly as much as the printer did.
I would recommend this to a friend!
