Epson Expression Home XP-400 Small-in-One™

Frankly, I don't have much of an opinion regarding my new Epson Expression Home XP-400 Small-in-One printer, due to the fact that it didn't come with a printed "user's manual". Therefore, I have to struggle to try to figure out how to print the instructions provided on-line (which are quite extensive), since I have no information to refer to telling me how to operate the printer in order to print the instructions! The only choice I have is to copy the instructions off the computer screen, by hand. Consequenty, I just haven't used the printer much since I purched it.
The most important thing I have to say is, that the printer should ship with a printed instruction manual on how to operate it. (I haven't even attempted to try to figure out how to use the "Copy" feature yet!
Even if I wasn't having difficulties knowing how to print the instructions, I shouldn't have to use up my ink supply printing instructions on how to use the printer!
I think it is a nice printer -- I just wish there was a decent way to learn how to use it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

nice little machine

So far it works well. I like the wireless feature that I put in my laptop. It is a bit noisy when the paper feeds and prints. Color is good, not use to only four inks yet. Small compared to my Photo RX-500 and compact. All in all, a nice little machine. Very satisfied.

Printer for my condo in Florida

I needed a wifi controllable small printer with reasonable priced cartridges for my Florida condo. This printer met most of those requirements. It worked excellent with my laptop. The odd time I would like to print from my iphone and ipad; I downloaded the ipad and iphone apps from Epson and they work. But often neither can find the printer on the internet. I've tried everything - the Epson apps see the printer, but whatever I'm printing can't see it. Eg .... 'pictures' tell me no printer online. Other than this annoying problem, it's a great printer.

Excellent printer

I've enjoyed this printer so much that I purchased one for my sister. I meets all of my printing needs, which are moderate. The scan and copy features were really desired. I'd highly recommend this printer for home use. It was also very easy to set up and has an incredibly small learning curve in terms of use. Great printer!

Very happy with printer. Great value for the cost. No problems at all. Remote options through Epson are fine, but ability to connect to Google Cloud Print is biggest benefit.

Works great, easy setup, used by whole family , I-pads, pc's, even an older hp tablet, all with absolutely no problems.Great all round machine, no regrets at all.

PAPER FEEDER

This happens alot.....
When printing, the paper is fed crooked, and or won't go thru and says "paper jam" in the window. I have to take out the paper and put back in, then it is okay...
