I found this unit a great value for the money and as a tyro I really appreciated the ease of hook-up and the excellant documentation included with the printer.

Good unit for the money. I like the photo quality printing, but WHY is the ink cartridge a different size every time I buy an Epson?? I have two units and I can never match the printer cartridge size, i.e. 125, 200, etc.when I buy a new unit (about every two years)

Perfect personal printer

I had previously owned other brands, but this was on sale so I decided to give it a try. Totally happy with it! Extremely easy to set up, and it prints, scans and faxes . Love this and recommend to anyone one.

Easy Installation

I usually find a way to have problems installing any type of technology...but this printer was very easy, and it worked the first time, and I was able to make it work wireless. So far, everything is great and I am very happy with the printing and copying.

easy to install and easy to operate - the only thing is that I had this mach. for less than a month and the front face plte fell off Have it taped on now. Think that they shuld have used a little bit better glue on it.

We have had nothing but issues with this printer. We have wireless and we are unable to print wirelessly or even sometime when we are connected by USB. I am currently uninstalling and reinstalling the printer again. The scanner has yet to install properly so I am also unable to scan any items.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Epson XP-400 New Printer

The installation went very smoothly as the quick start guide was very thorough - I purchased this printer/copier/scanner because of its small footprint & compact design. The icing is that it is wireless [but can be wired too] which eliminates some cords and makes connections with our 4 computers much easier. The trays hide when not in use which helps me utilize my limited space.
I would recommend this to a friend!
