wireless printer

I can connect the printer to the network but I can not give a command from the computer to the printer. It always has an error message. The printer is selected on the computer and the printer will do network connection check and it all passes. Still I can't send a print command from the computer to the printer. Three days later and three different people trying to get it working and nothing but errors when print command is set. We have reloaded drivers to the computer and the printer all still the same.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wanted an all in one that was both inexpensive and easy to use. I have other larger printers, but wanted something that my Husband would understand how to use. He doesn't need one often and this was the perfect printer for him. I highly recommend it!!!

Good for the money

I have had this now for a few weeks. Was easy to set up, and have used it for Photo and basic printing and it works well for the price. I have direct connect and have not tried the WiFi setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have just completed the wireless setup for my EPSON XP400 it was very easy. The printed instructions where clear and to the point.

This is my first Epson printer, and I received prompt help via their help line to assist in set up. If this printer continues to perform it will be highly recommended to all my friends.
