This was by far the easiest installation of a wireless printer I have ever experienced. In the past 2 years I have installed 2 other brands and the wireless install was complicated and did not always work on the first try. It takes 30+ minutes to install, but it worked the first time!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Well it took me a while to get use to learning how to run the printer, that is the only draw back. I copied a picture and it printed nice and clear. I would recommend this printer to anyone bying a printer. Still have to learn to run everything else.

I brought it home, setup was a breeze, Epson's website gave me very clear instructions on downloading an app for my IPad, clicked on the app and like magic I printed a photo, then printed out a recipe from allrecipes.com (my wife was very interested in this)
Overall I give this printer a 5 star rating.

I had trouble setting up the printer with out the UBS cable. It would be nice if this was included. My wife is set up through WI-FI and had no problems.

We recently purchased the Epson xp 400 printer. I have two computers and an I pad wirelessly connected to the printer... Set up went smooth, however I did not use the supplied c.d. I opted for direct connect with epson, downloading the latest software from the Epsons support and download driver site. Test pages printed flawlessly.. Even got the printer on sale..... Yes, I would recommend this printer. Great for household printing chores...

A fine small printer

I bought this unit to replace another manufacturer's unsatisfactory product. I had previous experience with Epson, since I also own a Workforce 545. I have used printers from several manufacturers in the last three years, and have decided to use only Epson products from now on: they are easy to set up, reliable, and have all of the features one could want. I am using the XP-400 mostly for photo printing, and it does a fine job. I especially like the fact that it is a top loader, which makes it easy to change paper sizes and types.

So far so good. Easy set-up and quiet printing. Sets perfectly in the space I have for it. Have not set up wireless printing yet, but I think it will be easy to do.
