As I just now finished installing and am in the process of registration, about all I can say is that the printer was very easy to set up and install, instructions were clear, test printouts high quality. I'm pleased so far; maybe the five star review is "over the top" but I've had so many nightmare experiences with installing printers that this has been a almost fun. And I installed on my home wifi, adding another possible layer of trouble but none surfaced. So - so far, five stars.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just bought the epon 400.. Easy to hook up. Printed right way perfect size for a smll desk I'm very satisfied great price.

Recently purchased another brand name for home, it took about 5 hours with customer support to configure, setup and print.
Needed another printer so bought an Epson this time. Setup and configuration was seemless, even using the Wi-Fi setup mode. Installed in minutes with zero issues.

Just bought this printer, and finished doing the installation process. Took me about 35 minutes. Made sure I read the instructions three times, to get it right. Every thing went smooth as silk. This unit is the best I could find for my limited money. I like the small size. It has the features I was looking for, but I probably will never use the WiFi option. I only printed a couple of pages, so can't really rate it's reliability. Will write another review in the future.
