Works well, very functional

Received in 2014. I use this everyday to carry work computer, and other work supplies, back and forth to the office. Since I carry a laptop in it I may not abuse it as much as other users. I have not had a zipper or seam fail. I have one seam starting to fray, but it is on the trim - not a structural/functional seam. I use the bottle mesh pouches and zippers every day and it still looks new. This is usually my carry-on bag on flights with no problems. Only issue: The new laptops are very thin and can slip past the padding at the bottom of the computer pocket. Do not stand the pack upright and "drop" the laptop into the pocket. It may miss the padding and impact the tabletop harshly. Also, do not roughly set the pack down on the bottom panel as the laptop may be unprotected. When I got my latest (very thin) laptop I discovered this and added a little padding into the bottom of the pocket and have not had any issues.

Countless times of business travels and family vacations, it is so good and still going strong. I highly recommend it. Fits under seat and able to handle everything thing I need for my trips.

Great backpack for children in Middle School and High School! Holds all the binders and spirals etc… Multiple pockets make it easy to stay organized! The padded straps are great so shoulders don’t get sore!

My company gave me one upon hiring. I didn't know I was going to be traveling as much as I eventually did, and I used this pack extensively. Holds lots of stuff, immediate access to the laptop for TSA, and very tough. Even packed tight, always managed to get it into the overhead on any size plane.
