Before first use, I noticed a flaw (open seam about 3 inches long) in the bottom of the bag. Otherwise have enjoyed it.

I originally had the gray and green version of this book bag. After about a year and a half, that book bag started to tear at the seams. I didn't think much of it due to every day use for carrying school supplies (notebooks and laptop). I sent in for a replacement and the company was very nice and replaced it for free. I then had the black and red version and within a year it is also ripping( more so than the first). I am about to see if third time is the charm with these book bags.

I bought this to replace an identical one that has reached the end of it's long, useful life. I like the variety and sizing of the various compartments. I like the strap that locks on front and keeps the shoulder straps on my shoulders. And it's big enough to carry everything I need to carry.
