Such extremely poor quality that I now doubt the quality of the entire brand. I to have the shoulder straps and chest strap repaired when less than a year old. Now, at less than 3 yrs old, the lower corner seems as completely ripped apart and is un-repairable
I bought a new backpack to replace the old one. What a disappointment ! Ounce i open the back pack in only had one holder pocket . What happened to all the others ones that where inside. Your quality and credidability are list.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well I got this back back back in 2013 4th grade. Today 2025 I'm still in College. 2160+ school days of wear and tear. 12 years of service and it still has an other 5+ more years. The only that broke is one zipper lever because it got caught up in locker. Zipper work but handle is broken. Between main and secondary pocket the inner lining was begging to rip at the top. Fixed it with some thread and needle 4 years ago. No rips on the bottom from dragging tossing it on the ground. THE MAJOR THING I HATE Is the back cushion it eats through clothing all my clothes have damage fabric due to the pad mesh being abrasive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I found a lose thread and I don't know if it's extra that can be cut off or if it's part of the seam. I don't really notice it because it's under the strap.
Pros: Extra Pockets, Good Capacity, High Quality, Steel Cable Handle, Stylish
Cons: 2 Little Room In Com Pock, Heavy When Packed
