Great bag! I was a bit confused at first regarding the straps, but the flap attaches by Velcro to the bottom of the bag between the wheels.There are little pads that cover the wheels so that they don't rub you

hard to believe that my 8th grader needed a backpack this big, but it fits the bill when it comes to carrying one 2" binder, three 1" binders, a laptop and all the other items that need to be carted to and from school. the wheeled daypack has eliminated her back pain, and is a Godsend. wheels roll smoothly, and generous compartments. very happy with this purchase.

I really like the look of the bag, it's got lots of compartments and yet stilll looks trim. It feels of solid construction and the larger wheels are a plus. The last rolling backpack I owned (from another brand) degraded on the bottom from sidewalk friction, but this bag has a solid plastic guard underneath to protect from that kind of wear.

Not a good choice for overnight work travel because the side outside pockets cannot fit large reusable water bottles. I purchased it for wheels too, which I love - but the wheel support takes up the airport 'drinks-on-the-go space' for juice or soda. Otherwise, 5 Stars...
