My only issue with the bag is it has no laptop sleeve in the big compartment. It’s in the middle, smaller compartment.

Broken handle, zipper within 20 days, avoid at all cost.

Absolutely worst quality. It couldn't even handle the use by a regular 3rd grader. The zipper broke within 1st week of school. The handle broken within 20 days of purchase. The quality of high sierra backs seem to be going downhill rapidly.
Cons: Bad Zippers, Poor Quality, broken handle
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
