Confused

I thought this was a slide-in but it has no lip to set on top of the countertop. From my review it looks like you have to separately purchase a trim kit for additional $100 and therefore, it is truly not a slide in....very disappointed. haven't installed yet but maybe will return because it's not what it says it is. If I wanted a portable, I would have purchased one.

I would not buy this range

I bought this range two years ago after owning a Whirlpool ceramic top range for 21 years that never needed service. It had the old technology of burning off to clean. The aqua lift on my now two year old range does not work at all. The inside on the sides of the oven look awful the aqua lift does not get the dirt and grease off, only the bottom of the oven. The glass door when the inside light is on the oven looks streaky and greasy. It takes forever for the burners to heat up and and the same with the oven. The inside of my oven looks like a 10 year old oven that has never been cleaned, I even tried cleaning it several times in a row when I first bought it and still try to do this but it never works. I am afraid to try cleaning products on it due to invalidating the warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you need a new electric range with true convection this is by far the best I've ever owned. Dont waste your time with others. This is a good looking - modern design - with performance beyond the other brands.

too early to tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased it in Nov. and my wife is still getting use to it. It does not come fingerproof resisdent, but does have a good appearance. The cooling fan has a rattle to it and is noisey, so we have made a service appointment to have it looked at. Being her first convection oven, I think time will tell but so far she is not impressed with the oven cooking time. She says convection should be quicker but so far that has not been the case.

A little disappointing

We bought this about 4 mos ago and already the finish around the control panel is coming off and I don’t use abrasive cleansers or pads. Also the bake times for everything I cook in it are longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this stove for about a week. So far it has been almost trouble free. The oven light quit after 4 days. The cause and solution are to be determined. I also noticed the leveling legs don't stay locked. I have had to re-level; a couple of times after a wabble developed. Again a solution to lock the legs needs to be found and employed. This stove shows fingerprints and streaks after cleaning. I found a micro-fiber cloth to be effective in removing them. Time will tell about the reliability of the other components. I will add that the oven temperature is calibrated accurately and the multi-size cooktop burners are a real convenience
