Silver paint of the front panel

I obtained this stove because at that time it was the most suitable one within the selection that was in the store by size and aesthetics.. Keep in mind that we are not talking about a five hundred dollar stove, it is a two thousand dollar stove. After only one year, I noticed that the silver paint of the front panel is slowly peeling off even though I have been only using the cleaning products recommended. The aqualift featured doesn’t work as they indicate that it works. I am very disappointed about the quality of this product and I wouldn’t recommend it and I would suggest to the construction company of my building do not used this band for future developments.

If we could give it less than a star we would

Plain and simple we furnished our kitchen with Whirpool and everything has been a disaster. The metal around the knobs of our oven apparently is not stainless steel but painted metal? It has eroded to the point that our year old stove looks like its 20 years old. The worse thing is we can't figure out how to fix this problem or where to start!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality Product

We purchased this product a few months ago, within the first 3 months we noticed a peeling look around the control board...after googling this product we discovered HUNDREDS of other reviews about the same exact problem. Turns out the "stainless steel" in this area is only painted to look like stainless steel. False advertisement. If we had known our oven would look this horrible after what we paid, we would've found something higher quality. We also furnished our kitchen with a Whirlpool microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher... We are HIGHLY disappointed in this product and won't be purchasing any other Whirlpool products in the future!

Great Features, Very Poor Quality

I had my kitchen redone about 2.5 years ago. We decided to purchase Whirlpool appliances. One of the appliances was this range. It required service 2x within a few months of owning it for the hinges
that were not supporting the door properly. Though this appliance had alot of the great features, Glass Top w. 5 elements, Convection Oven, Large Capacity; I'm very displeased with it and Whirlpool's quality. The current issues are the scratching of the main control panel, chipped porcelain inside the oven, the use of the Aqualift cleaning function; this does not work. I am very disappointed, of the 4 new appliances 3 of them have been serviced and it's only been 2.5 years.

A little over a year old and already having issues

I bought this brand new a little over a year ago. Now it won’t heat up passed 345 degrees. Warranty is up. $1799.00 new and now we get to call someone to come fix it.

Cheap Components

We bought this range about three years ago. The top control panel appears to be made of stainless steel. It is plastic and it peels. CHEAP!
The glass of the control panel is plastic and scratches easily. CHEAP!
The black paint of the control panel looses its luster and peels. CHEAP!
If I had to buy it again, I am not sure I would....
We have had other ranges that looked newer that this one, and they were over 20 years old.

Beware Plastic Trim

Less than a year old & “stainless steel” trim is actually painted plastic & wearing poorly. The black paint is also chipping. Sadly, it’s likely this will look really bad in a couple years from now.
