Oven heats slow

Horrible Oven DON'T Purchase

So bought this oven in November. The triple burner gets so hot it burns everything when only one burner is on and using a big triple burner sized pan. The single burner behind the triple burner takes forever to boil water. The top oven burns things and the bottom oven, well just add another 10-20 minutes onto your cooking time. This is the worst oven. I have been cooking the same items for my family for years with multiple different ovens and never had these issues. Not to mention the new design of the back plate make the oven stick off the wall a good 5- 6 inches into the kitchen. Please if you like good food, I truly warn you not to purchase this oven!

Can't use Calphalon Pans-will scratch!

Had this range and right away my Calphalon pans scratched the burners. Super disappointed. Plus the black top doesn't help. Other than that great range, love the look! Works great.

Great stove and oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I can bake with 2 separate temperatures. The small oven makes a perfect frozen pizza! The bottom is a little rough on the back, but all double ovens seem this way.
Water tends to boil way faster on the stove. Love the 3 separate burner settings and how to turn them on. My previous stove had a flip switch and I often forgot to check it and would cook with the little burner for a long time before realizing it.
The top has been easy to clean for me. I use my regular pans and my cast iron skillets. Just need to wipe down after each use once it cools.
The only downfall is that the plug is offset, causing the stove to stick out away from the wall. It doesn’t bother me but annoys my significant other.
I would definitely buy this model again and recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointed

I bought this oven about 9 months ago. I did a lot of cooking in a toaster oven to save using the stove so when I saw the double oven I threw the toaster oven away and looked forward to using my new small top oven. What a mistake. First time use was great. Ever since the bottom of everything I have cooked has burnt. 350,375,400. All the same. By the time the top is cooked the bottom is black.
Only used the bottom oven once .that worked fine. What will happen the second time I use it?
The burners work fine. Fast heating and temp control.
Good looking stove but don't spend the money on one. Buy a cheaper model and a good toaster oven for small baking.

Solid Range with minor shortcomings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had this range for a week or so, so my experience is limited. This is based onthe few things I've cooked...range top heats up quickly...both ovens have worked well and food has come out properly cooked. Have not used the convection cooking feature yet.
Two minor issues with this range so far. First, when using the top oven, there is not much room when you open the door to pull out what you are cooking without touching the hot open door with the back of your hands. Assuming you are wearing oven mitts, it's not much of an issue, but trying to pull out a frozen pizza from the top oven is challenging. The second issue is with the timer. When the timer ends, it only beeps once, then stops. It will beep again after a minute, and every minute after then until you turn it off, but only one beep. I'm not sure how you design a timer that doesn't continually beep until you turn it off. We've already missed food being done and having it over-cooked due to missing the one beep. This should be something easily remedied by Whirlpool...

The only thing I don’t like is the “rubber” around the edges of the l range top are hard to keep clean & the & the range top itself is very hard to keep from streaking even with specially made cleaners.
