Bubbling stove top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago and within a week the top looked like it was bubbling. Is this normal or a defect? I have only cleaned it with the ceramic top cleaner. See pictures. I am not happy with this but the rest of the unit is fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never used the warming drawers for anything but storage so adding an oven was perfect for me. I am baking up a storm in this oven!! Thre bottom does convection and the upper is perfect for baking cookies and pies, broiling. I am very happy with the performance. Both ovens are capable of 500 degrees at the same time which has upped my sourdough bread and pizza game! If you are a baker, this oven is for you. The stovetop is a wonderful flattop and the left element has an extra ring which I use for my canner! So many functions! Worth every penny.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Features, Convenient for those who bake alot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My parents surprised me with this amazing range and I am so happy they did. It has 5 burners and super convenient when baking dinner and dessert at the same time. This range features a steam option to clean the oven. It's the best thing ever existed, the grime wipes right off. It's also very energy efficient. The energy savings mode will turn your display screen off when not in use. It features many settings including a sabbath setting which I thought was interesting. I've never seen that on any appliance I've had before. There's also a way to either take sound off when pressing buttons or leave sound on. I would highly recommend this range to everyone.

Stovetop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item got delivered 42 days ago and now it doesn't work. All burners and oven just stopped working right in the middle of fixing dinner. Just a big clock at this point. Said because it's been more than 30 days, won't replace item but sending repair person. Had old stove/oven 17 years not one issue this one not even 2 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No manual why?

Whirlpool, why do you expect customers to buy these expensive pieces equipment that are supposedly so wonderful and you don’t even provide a manual to show how to set up the time or how do use the convection oven or how to do anything. Why do you do these types of things because it is stupid and it is aggravating. I don’t even know if I like this of them because I don’t even freaking know how to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The jury is still out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of my new stove, but with that said, there are some 'things' I have to question. First being the fan that come off and goes often, every couple seconds. I understand the functionality of it but question the efficiency and if it's using more electricity than without. The second is the calibration. I believe an oven should be calibrated to the correct temperatures, straight from the factory. It shouldn't be up to the customer the play guessing games with the temperature.

Nice with 1 major drawback

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In use for 2 weeks, so far so good. I must warn, the burners cook very hot! Even frying bacon only requires the dial to be almost at the lowest setting.
My huge issue with this is design. The back panel of the range is solid in the middle. My range outlet is in the middle. This means until I move the electrical it will not sit against the wall. MAJOR pain and poor design. Who would have thought I had to check the back panel of a range to see if I had to move electrical before buying. My 2 prior ranges were recessed across the entire bottom so this was not an issue! Shame on your engineers Whirlpool. Now I have to hire an electrician. You should take that bill off the price of this range.

Temperature not quite right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been a struggle with this new oven. Muffins do not cook evenly (ones nearest door do not cook at the same rate as the ones along the back side). Cooking pizza has been troublesome as the bottom burns yet the top remains not fully cooked. We have attempted to decrease the set temperature (lower than food items recommend) and have attempted to take items out early but the food continues to cook unevenly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
