not what i would have purchased

This unit looks nice but I would never buy this unit again if it didn't have some elevation for the base.Having to.push the "start" "cancel" button for each oven setting is a bit monotonous.The upper oven door opens just far enough reach in awkwardly to grasp your pan. I've burned my hand (should have used a pot holder so this is user error) but the upper oven is just too tight. The lower oven door literally rests on the floor when fully opened.On the plus side, the 20 minute steam clean, warming options on upper oven and stove top are excellent features - but still the functionality of this unit is not in any way what I would want to purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

top oven is not convection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having two ovens when I do homemade pizza. The only issue I have had is that the top, smaller oven is not a convection oven like the bottom one and I have had issues with the pizza getting burned on the bottom and less done on the top. The heating element is on the bottom, so I have to let it re-heat fully before I use it again. I usually make several pizzas at a time, and alternate ovens, but sometimes, the top one comes on mid bake and burns the bottom. It would be awesome if it could also be a convection oven to eliminate this issue. Otherwise, it is great to have a small oven for daily use, as it uses less energy to heat and is perfect for most daily cooking tasks as well as reheating. The larger one is best for baking projects. One other thing that could be improved is the cord and plug clearance in the back. I had to remount the outlet several times to get it to all package behind the stove and get the stove pushed all the way back. I know it is tight, but more space on the floor needs to be allotted for the cord to bunch up into.

A nice range but already need repair

Double ovens & Convection too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the features for the stove top, the melting feature, the warming spot, and the ease for using the burners in all the sizes. I love the double ovens, the convection feature and the I’m waiting to try the cleaning features. My only dislike is cleaning the stove top after using it. I first have to remove oils and stuck on food, them clean, then wipe down with Windex because it’s the only cleaner that adds sheen again. Seems I’m working more to keep it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful stove but stove takes forever to get to temperature desired. Food has already from the first day has cooked to the isles. Makes it look nasty. Can't remove baked on food.
