Disappointed with this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All stovetop burner settings require constant attention as boiling over is inevitable even on the lowest heat setting. Stovetop requires extra cleaning attention regardless of item being cooked. There doesn't seem to be a happy medium built into this uinit. Lower oven compartment is inconvenient as it requires fully bending over and balancing food product in order to place item inside for cooking or retrieving the item once cooked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my stove, BUT...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my stove BUT...It has two ovens but only one light switch (both oven lights come on or off at the same time). It has two ovens but only one timer.

Not what I hoped for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I can't give this a good rating. The top scratches easily and always looks dirty. The oven is 50F on the cold side both top and bottom. Broiling is very slow. Generally a bad oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Minor annoying feature we were not aware of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it works quite well. Have not used it to anywhere near its full capabilities. Our only issue is that when using the lower oven unit is that a fan constantly goes off and on about every minute or so. Called inn to Whirlpool and they said it is a cooling feature to keep the upper-level oven which is not in use cool. A bit of an annoyance but slowly getting use to it. It does not run when using the upper oven only so will try to use that oven most of the time going forward.

Very disappointing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used the cook top, I could bubbling up under the clear cover. I had a service person come out. They have to replace the cook top. Since that is an unusual problem, getting it replaced will take quite some time. I am disappointed as I thought Whirlpool was a top of the line product. The good news is it is covered by warranty.

Burners always look dirty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent about 6 months researching which stove would meet our needs. Finally settled on the Whirlpool 6.7.
I have to say I tried the convection and it took just as long as a regular oven. In their defence i just pressed the convection button and put in the time. I have never used it so am not sure if I was supposed to press another button or not. I have not read the manual as yet.Burners heat up quite quickly, Oven works well. I have not used both ovens at once yet. My biggest disappointment is the glass top. The first night i put a frying pan on
it, it left a mark. I am talking about the marks that are there when you have had the stove for a while. I was unable to get rid of it , and now after having the stove for a couple of months there are a lot more marks.
If they could improve the material on the top of the stove it would be great

Watch your cookies up top!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this range about 6 weeks ago. I love having a double oven and being able to cook at two different temperatures! However, I did bake cookies up top in the oven and noticed the ones nearest the back side burnt on the tray and not the front ones. This means it is uneven heating in upper unit. This did not happen in lower oven during next batch of cookies.
Over all, I love the features of the oven and it's easy to use. Love how it blows air around to hold temps.But will keep cookies below
