[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I’m happy with the range but some of the features are difficult to use. There is not a manual on how to use the features , only a start manual, I still don’t know how to use the rapid preheat feature.

Still love it but wish the enamel wasn't chipping.

I lovey double oven. I wouldn't go to a single oven again. There is one issue I am having however. The enamel coating on the inside is coming apart. My oven is only 6 years old and this problem has been happening for the past two years. When I called them about it they said it must be because of me using oven cleaners......
Even though I told them I don't use oven cleaners because the self clean on both ovens works very well. I guess they have to blame someone.
I believe the oven was not prepped properly before adding the enamel and therefore the enamel is now peeling off.

Beautiful range

Also the multi-sized stove top burners and warming section. It looks great too, matching our other Whirlpool appliances. Looking forward to many years of use.
