Double oven range with 5 electric burners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this model in October 2022 and it performs poorly. I rated it already and Whirlpool asked me to take my complaint to their facebook site to address and they have not addressed the problems with the appliance (extremely slow to preheat smaller oven, very slow to come up to temp on the eyes) They don't seem to care at all about handling defective product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Double Oven is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This the second double oven by Whirlpool I have gotten. I like the option to use the larger or smaller oven. I tried the new frozen option but not a super fan of it. I feel like it cooks better if the oven is heated up first. I wish they would have changed the glass front because my last one someone spilt something and it went between the glass and I couldn't get to it to clean. This time I have to be careful so it doesn't happen again. It has worked nicely for me. This is one of five items of Whirlpool I bought at the same time.

Some good and some bad features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I was disappointed it wasn’t available in white, I bought it for the features. You have to print out the directions online. It was confusing to use until I read them. It will take a while to get used to using it.
