[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 months ago. I enjoy the dual oven. I do wish the rack was not so close to the door when sliding it out. I have to be cautious not to burn myself on the door.

Good stove

There are a few things that would make me think twice about buying this stove again: - both big elements are at the front, and they seem to have difficulty with heat control - the top oven tends to burn the bottom of things due to it being so close to the element - the settings are not overly user-friendly and the manual is no help - it only beeps once when the timer is done!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Glass Cook Tops are a B* to keep clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the double oven. Best invention ever for a range. But the glass cook top is a real chore to keep clean. And this is not my first rodeo. I have had glass cooktops for years. They have gotten worse over time or my tolerance for them has decreased as I become older and more decrepit.

Nice oven with some Bells and Whistles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is very nice. I've only had it for a few weeks now, but everything seems to be working great! The only thing I don't like is there is 2 ovens but only 1 timer? Not very convenient. Also when you set the time, it rings once and then a few minutes later, it rings once again, not sure if that can be adjusted, cause I've missed the timer going off a few times and just caught it before it burnt. So I will need to look into that further. Otherwise no complaints about the look and function. I also really like the cooktop for the xtra round burners. But hard to clean the glass.

Love the double oven!

I had a double oven before for 19 years until I couldn’t get replacement parts for it due to age. I knew I wanted a double oven again so was thrilled to find this Whirlpool model. It is very attractive and goes well with my Whirlpool refrigerator in my kitchen. It has taken a while to get use to the stove top as the setting markings are different than I’m used to. I love the small oven when cooking for two people.

Not holding temp/only one timer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased on 7/11/22; had to have a service call on 8/16/22. Ovens not holding temp. About a 50 degree swing. Having another service call on 9/8 as bottom oven is still not correct. I also do NOT understand why there is only one timer for a double oven.

Terrible temperature control, stove top and oven

Bought this double oven hoping to upgrade from our old single oven. Since day 1, experiencing terrible temperature control for stove top and the ovens. Stove top burners overheated regardless of the dial settings, oven temperatures had extremely wide temperature fluctuations with the average temp not even close to the oven setpoint. Even after calibration, oven ran well below setpoint causing Thanksgiving timing to go out the window. Very disappointed in this purchase. The ratings for this model must be faked.

Double over

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the double oven! Stove top works good too, except the first day we got it, the “hot surface” light won’t shut off, it stays on even days after cooking. Very frustrating that I already have to have it serviced the first week I received iy.
