Fabulous Appliance!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, love, love it! The Burners heat evenly, and the double oven sure comes in handy. Made pumpkin bread and corn bread, while cooked the meat in the large oven, everything came out perfect!!

Impressive features but lacks proper guides to use

This is our very first convection equipped appliance. It is a feature-rich, impressive looking addition to our kitchen. It is so versatile, being a double oven, that we had to look to the documentation for help on getting the most out of it. The trouble is that the "Owner Manual" is 17 pages of safety and installation instructions and gives little information about how it actually works. There is a Quick Start Guide on the webpage that offers little more. It does mention an online "Control Guide" but we've been unable to locate that. The User Guide makes the best attempt to inform the user but falls short.

Okay experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven’s right knob broke in couple months of ownership. Also recommend a way to combine upper and bottom space as it a kneeling experience to bake larger dishes like whole chickens. Other than that it is an okay oven that offers many features. Will look to exchange based on the defective part and bottom oven functionality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
