Versatile, easy to use & delivered as advertised!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new oven/range. The two ovens are very convenient. They pre heat quickly and the small oven is great for just my husband and I when it's just us at home. Then we have the versatility to use both ovens when family or guests visit. Thanksgiving will be so easy with the double ovens. The cook top is easy to clean and has a warming zone as well. I have tried the self clean function in the oven and it is easy as can be. Highly recommend this Whirlpool double oven Range!

Worst oven I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range 3 months ago I have been baking for 3 years as a small side business and this oven is not what you want. There are so many glitches in the upper oven with burning in the corners of my pans. In the lower oven, the convection cannot be turned off, even though you choose regular bake setting....the fan will kick on to heat the oven any time the temperature drops. This causes dry cakes, etc. and cracking on top and underbaked inside. I am not pleased with this oven at all and would never recommend buying it to anyone. What good is the double oven if you can't double your output? I cannot bake some "cake" items in the lower oven because of the fan drying the items on the tops. So frustrating. The upper oven burns items that aren't strictly in the center. Think small dishes even though larger pans fit easily. Otherwise, the bottom(s) is/are burnt! Decreasing the temperature doesn't solve the problem either, though it helps a little. I've tried "water baths", etc. For muffins, I place a tablespoon of water in each pan cup and then the paper liners. Still, if I try baking 2- 6 cup pans, inevitably the corner muffins will have dark/burnt bottoms. So, only one pan at a time. Whirlpool, this is unacceptable and you can do so much better!

Regret this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a couple of months ago and really regret it. It is a dual oven - and both have uneven baking - constantly need to move whatever is baking in order to get even heating / cooking. Several of the top cooking surfaces are extremely off from what the cooking dial represents. Put the dial on "low" and water or whatever will boil - have to constantly watch to ensure nothing burns - seems like the entire unit needs calibration. The cooking surface also seems to be inferior to our previous glass top. Very hard to clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great concept, execution off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I lover having two ovens, however, the top small one takes forever to heat up, even though it says it is rapid heating. Love the element size selections and can live with having to wipe it down every day. There is a rubber ring around the glass top that dust and dirt like to stick to, should have been thought through a little better. Biggest pet peave is the design does not have a recessed area for the plug so it sticks out from the wall quite a bit.

Does not heat evenly for the ovens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ovens do not maintain the heat evenly. When I preheat the oven to 350 degrees, it is usually at 330 degrees when we check the temperature. We would like someone to contact us to see what can be done about the heating of the ovens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove about a month ago and within the first week the top of the stove appeared to be bubbling up. I sent pictures with my first review and didn't hear anything back. I clean it after each meal I cook and use the cleaner suggested. I am not happy with this but don't know if this is normal for your stoves. If it is, I won't buy another with a black top.
