Great oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a long time since I had a new oven and it took some time to get used to the new features such as the convection oven and the new types of cooking options on the cook-top surface; but it works great. There is a lot of space so I can put more dishes in one oven at a time and the food cooks evenly. The cook-top heats quickly and has some great options such as a warming spot and a melting spot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Oven - Poor Quaity Stove Top

I have had this stove for one week.The ovens are fantastic but I am very unhappy with the stove top. The first time I cooked on the stove top a liquid dripped and I couldn't clean it off. Yesterday I boiled potatoes on the stove top and the water boiled over and left stains. This is the second flat stove top that I have had. I had the last one for 16 years and never had an issue with staining. I would appreciate any advice on how to clean the Whirlpool brand stove. top. If it wasn't for the stove top stains I would give all five ratings. But a stained stove top is a big deal.

burners not working after 18 months

Poor ovens

Love it so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our oven for about 3 weeks now and so far we love it. The Frozen Bake option is really great for quick dinners, especially pizza. Having the 2 ovens was really great over the holidays. The top smaller oven takes a little getting used to. There are 2 positions for the rack, but the top position puts it so close to the element that it would be more like a broiler, so really there is only 1 rack position that's usable. When you pull the rack out from the top oven it slides almost on top of the oven door (that would be open when pulling out the rack), so you can't really get your hands underneath the rack to pull it out. It's a little odd, and takes some getting used to, but works just fine. The stovetop is a little hard to clean, even after buying some special stovetop cleaner. We just have to put a little more elbow grease into it than I would like to, but other than that, it's great.

BURNER INDICATOR WORKS IMPROPERLY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I BOUGHT THIS A LITTLE OVER A MONTH AGO HAVING ISSUES WITH WARM LIGHT INDICATOR, TURN ON RIGHT BURNER AND LEFT INDICATOR GOES ON ALSO THE COOK TOP HAS A SCRATCH. NOT SURE IF IT CAME THAT WAY BUT MY KITCHEN AID COOK TOP DID NOT GET A SCRATCH LIKE THAT. NOT EVEN AFTER 27 YEARS OF USE. HOPE I JUST GOT A BAD UNIT HAVING IT REPLACED. LOVE THE FEATURES CHECK BACK AFTER I RECEIVE THE REPLACEMENT.

Nice oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the oven except the controls are a bit confusing. I have to look for settings and timer. It takes an extra 3 or 4 minutes to figure out what I am trying to do. The buzzer on the timer is no where to be heard. It is a tiny tiny beep. Not a buzzer to let you know that it is time. I have to be standing right next to it to hear the timer go off. Other wise I really like the oven.

Double ovens are amazing!
