Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this oven for about a month now and I love it! It has so many great features. I love that I can set each oven to a different temp and bake an entree in one and a dessert in the other. Also the burners have many different sizes to choose from so you get even cooking on whatever pan you use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great range however delivered with defect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently installed this range and have had it about a month. Here is what we have noticed:
1. Looks great.
2. Burners seem to run hot on the lowest settings. But read this is typical of any range that uses one dial to adjust multiple burner settings. You don’t have the range you would with one dedicated dial.
3. Dials and displays feel good.
4. Like the number keypad to enter in time (compared to just an up and down arrow)
5. Range top is mirror black and will show scratches.
6. Two ovens is excellent. Why would you ever have 1 if you could have 2. Gives you many more cooking options.

Issue:
Oven had manufacturing flaw inside oven. Part of the enamel and actual oven material from the top has peeled / broke / missing. Definitely a manufacturing defect that was missed in inspection. Parts of the oven continue to flake / break off. We have opened up a claim and expect to receive a replacement but haven’t heard back yet from Whirlpool. New oven so we don’t want it “patched” we want the entire range replaced. We haven’t heard back from Whirlpool yet but we expect them to replace.

Weiman's Glass Cook Top Cleaner and was always able to clean my stove top. I have not been able to completely clean this one from the first time I used it. It looks like the finishing
is coming off. When I purchased my first one, I bragged about it to everybody. The convenience of cooking for family get togethers and the easy clean up. I was very disappointed with my new one.

Nice stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third smooth top range. We love the dual oven feature. There's at least one such oven where the broiler will not operate with the door open. This oven does broil with the door open!!

Great range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 months ago & this is my first experience with glass cooktop. I love the look of it. Beautiful range & all my neighbors are jealous :) Absolutely love the double oven also!!! But a dish rag was placed on the burner when it was still hot & left marks on the underside of cooktop. Doesn’t affect the cooking process, but looks tacky. Whirlpool is hard to get a hold of for someone to come out & look at it.
