Lower oven is too low to the ground

This range was part of a new home purchase for me. I love the cook top, don't love that I have to press "start" and "cancel" to turn on the upper oven with each use. The lower oven is far too low for kitchen safety with pets or small children. I use the upper oven almost daily - bacon, keeps the mess contained; for anything for a single or 2 people it is amazing! The lower oven (convection) I will only use for holidays/large family gatherings. This range needs "feet" to elevate it off the ground and prevent burns/spills/messes - I would not want this range if I had small children in the house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hard to keep glass top clean

Great double oven!

Double Oven Range True Love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Whirlpool range immediately upon moving into a 1940s home, to replace a much older appliance left in the home by the previous owner. I have no idea why I waited so long to purchase a double oven! This is truly a wonder. I can only imagine how grateful we will be during major holidays when we can bake/cook various items at different temperatures! No more oven-shuffling! This is a wonderful appliance. My sons love the smaller, top oven section for pizza and other items. Fantastic! Thank you, Whirlpool!
