Such an upgrade -- what a modern range can do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is such a step up from my former model. The ovens are so useful and easy to clean especially with the "steam clean" feature. One of its most outstanding features is that it maintains the set temperature and my baked goods come out perfect. The range burner system is very helpful with the various sizes of pots it can handle. On my range I do have one issue and therefore the one step down on the overall rating: The outside ring heats when using one of the smaller settings and it can get very warm to hot if using the smaller burner for a period of time. Also I missed the inclusion of the owners manual with the product and I found it hard to actually locate it on the website. Overall it is a great range.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just bought it. Used one time making grilled cheese sandwiches. Burner on front right is almost completely discolored. From one use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this serial number a month ago, returned it the same day. Sharp edge under stovetop front, right where we could easily cut fingers. Replacement came 2 weeks later., better built, no cutting hazard. New one works great! still learning the different features.

Hate the ovens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot bake in this oven — top or bottom. I think it is too hot at least 25 degrees. Cakes are too brown on the sides and raw in the middle. Cookies have to be continuously turned. I wish I had my old stove back!,,

Great range for cooking - but control panel is not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the range and the way it cooks. BUT, the control panel is totally unacceptable. Very difficult to read the touch panel without a light shining on it.
This range replaced the the same range which was 15 years old. The previous range was easy to see and use the control panel. This new range is extremely difficult to read control panel

I got a lemon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fiberglass comes floating out of the air vent located at the range top. Only happens when lower convection oven is in use and you close the over door. Miss knowing which element is hot versus you now only have one light that say’s surface hot. Don’t like that you can’t just turn on the oven light you need, one button controls both so both come on at same time. Dislike the that the bottom oven element is enclosed which prevents me from being able to use foil which makes cleaning up so easy.

Disappointing top oven

Cons: hot cooktop warning light would be better placed on cooktop rather than on control panel; plastic height adjustment legs flimsy (one easily bent when sliding range into cabinet space); install sheet poorly written and drawings could be better detailed
