great washer but...

so far this is a great washer. the only reason i gave it 4 stars is because if i have delicate cloths to be line dried it is soo wrinkled that i have to line dry it then iron it.

great, up-to-date features

I really like the features although the steam function does not eliminate as many wrinkles as I'd hoped.
Some features to address: the manual is very sparse on info; I've almost accidentally had to find out about certain features. More detail about the specific features (such as Refresh Steam) would be nice. I also wish the manual would indicate if the washer we have will communicate with this dryer. The other feature I wish GE would address is the lint catcher. The lint catcher needs to be cleaned after every load and putting the catcher back in place is not always a smooth operation. If I clean the lint filter after removing a load, the "clean filter" message still comes on when I am ready to start another load. Sometimes there's only a few threads of lint and there's a message to clean the filter.
The drying time takes longer than with our previous dryer but I love that it's so easy to change the degree of drying desired.
