We bought this and it didn't work when it arrived. It took 5 days to get it running. It works well now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It does a great job drying but it is very noisy when the sensors engage to check the dryness of the clothes

Very quiet and throrougly dries all of the clothes. The basket is large so you can fit a larger load.

I bought the washer about 3 weeks ago, dryer just arrived yesterday, it was on back order.So far, I AM VERY HAPPY, Hopefully, I can say that in a few months too?
