We had great experience with GEA so we demanded GEA when we built a new house. We also purchased the matching pair Washer & Dryer. This was our first front load washer which we are very happy with its easy of use.

Great dryer

When my old GE Profile dryer died, I knew I wanted another GE. It dries quick, has a lot of options and saves a lot of time doing laundry. Most of the cycles are roughly 30 minutes and very rarely do I need to turn it on again to get everything dry.

I purchased this six weeks ago. It took 4 attempts to deliver an undamaged dryer but I have had it for about 2 weeks or so and I like it! The reviews were great and the Consumer Report rating was great.

Overpriced and cautious of GE

I bought this dryer because it matches the washer we already have. Unfortunately however we have had the washer just over a year and three service calls already. All of our appliances are GE brand and we seem to have a repairman our about every month (oldest appliance less than three years old). Really disappointing.
No problems yet with the dryer knock on wood. Like the size of the drum, the cycle settings, and the efficiency. Now it better hold up :)

Love my dryer!

Bought this four months ago and it works great; my only dissatisfaction [and maybe I need to re-read the book] but I can't set it for less than 30 min. Sometimes I would like a 10-min. dry cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!
