I love the features all though I have not used the steam feature. Haven't found a need for it.

We purchased a little over a month. So far it is working well. It’s very quiet. Love the features even if I haven’t used them all yet. Did use the pre-soak for a wine stain and it worked very well. Wish the alarm that lets you know the cycle is complete we’re just a bit louder.

This dryer is as good if not better than we have owned over the past 45 years. I only wish the matching washer were close to being as quiet. It is quite noisy but does a great job washing the clothes.
