Basically just a rope with a small flat section. I bought it because I like how solid it is and that I can just relax and stretch at the same time. Overall, I'm happy with it.

Nice and sturdy rope, is great for enhanced stretching. I use this to complete a bretzel (look it up) stretch, pulling against the foot the comes close to your back. The black strap is good for pulling against feet, legs without digging into skin.

I bought this to increase my flexibility for Taekwondo. At over 40 years old I need the help to gain that extra inch or two. I was surprised to see just how many extra inches I have in me these days!! Using this stretch rope I have added not inches but nearly a foot in my stretching reaches in a short amount of time!
