I love this for helping me stretch. It's easy to stash away and the booklet gave me lots more ideas for stretching. Love it!

I USE THE SAME ROPE AT THE GYM SO I KNEW WHAT I WAS BUYING. - I use the same rope at the gym so I knew what I was buying. Very well made but you are spending good money for what is basically rope. The black section in the middle is more wear resistant than rope and it grips your shoe better than the rope. Overall I am happy with my purchase

GoFit Stretch Rope with Exercise Manual is well made. This rope is a good stretch tool. The manual is helpful.

I am currently suffering from a chronic back muscle pain issue and have been for 3 years. I frequently have back spasms that are extremely painful. I use this product in my stretching regimen to prevent the back spasms. This product is a healing tool. If you use it correctly and listen to your body, you will become as flexible as a gymnast.
