These are durable and work well in my house and my athletic training room both, but don't fit well in the thicker doors that enter the locker room.

These are exactly as advertised. Very think heavy duty straps. The adjustment is a metal clamp and seems sturdy. Unlike TRX it is ONLY able to be mounted in a door jam.

Received today and just tried it out. Like the fact that I can just use my body weight to do training without all those dumbbells. And you can start training right in your home without waiting for the machines in the gym and worrying about the hygiene problem.However, before you buy it, it would be better to make sure the direction your doors close/open and the space outside of the door. I just moved and the new place doesn't allow me a good space that I can freely use this item. Some exercises are limited to do due to the space issue. Also, I am quite short which makes it a bit challenging to put the anchors on the top of the door frame. I am still happy with this item anyway since I can't really attach TRX either and the price is great.
