They are straps with handles. My issues are always with my doorframe and not the straps, because the are just straps with handles. These were the lowest cost version I could find at the time.They do their job, which is being straps with handles. It’s not a super complicated concept, so these straps with handles accomplish being straps with handles.Like and subscribe.

While this is no TRX band it is still great and offers a lot of diversity. Plus it can support my body weight (250 lbs). It's added a lot of functional movement to my pulling game. It helps me to focus on the mind-muscle connection and I can clearly feel the muscles activating especially in my back.

I’ve been wanting TRX straps for years; however, only entertain workouts, so I didn’t want to spend the money. However, in quarantine I purchased these and have use them throughout the day. I love them!! I recommend them!

Cheap but works great. I cut off the door thing and created a hole and mounted it in the ceiling. Works great
