After 3 safes, will never buy from company again

To keep it short - We've been through 3 safes. All safes have cracked. Worthless and horrible quality. Company said they would stand by their product but never responded back. We've kept out cool, but at this point, we continue to lose money. All 3 safes were stored at proper temps and out of sunlight. We've also had major locking issues with 2 of the 3.
I do not recommend this brand and will not buy from again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Son's home was lost to fire. He and his wife had a Sentry safe. I witnessed the fireman find the safe and pry it open. All the contents were dry and intact. That was enough to make me get one that day! I have also told family about this safe and two sisters have already purchased the same Sentry Safe that I did;
