Can’t open

With key turned counter clockwise as recommended, I still can not open the safe. I have tried to push in “tabs” under sentry safe name and still nothing. I don’t have time to figure out how to a”break” into my own safe. It opened when I first bought it but won’t open now. My things are stuck inside. Not worth it!
