I love the security of it all. Only complaint is that it doesn't store papers 8" by 11" documents flat. Must fold or crease over.

The lock was broken on arrival. After further investigation I found that this is a common problem with this safe. Even if it doesn't break immediately, it breaks eventually. I wish I had known the product was this poorly constructed before buying it. I immediately returned it for a refund. One of the worst purchases I've ever made.

I like the safe, but again very heavy. The seal on the inside came off does not seal. Since it want seal. So no protection because of seal issue.

I had this safe for several months never had any problems and now I cannot get it open without a struggle. Once I lock it I cannot get back open. I had to contact customer service and I was told to put the weight of my full body on my knee on the safe turn the key and hold the latch for 5 seconds in order to open it. I will say that worked but if you had someone older that could not do that They would never get back in the safe it lacks tight and without doing this procedure I cannot get it open.
