Easy to setup

The Sony disc player was one of the easy disc player to setup. I have setup a lot of disc player and was surprised of how easy the Sony Blu-ray disc player was to setup. Thanks

Sony Blu Ray Player

I purchased this Blu Ray Player for a friend...It is Sony with their great ruputation....It will turn DVDs into high definition....It is reliable and should last for years..You connect it to the TV with only a single HD cable....It is afforable...It will turn a DVD movie into high definition...It should last for years..

worst blue ray play

I purchased this blue ray player in first week of April & it start having issues in 3rd week of April. My player does not eject disk & each time I need to watch a movie, I have to reboot the player by simply unplugging the wire for few mins & only then I can change the disk. I even called Sony with the Issue but they told me to ship this player to their Laredo Facility & they will try to repair this unit. I like most people work too many hours to actually go to post office, pack the player & hope that once they repair the unit it will work fine. I will just go and buy a different brand unit this time & save myself the aggravation & headache to deal with this blue ray player.

Blue Ray DVR

Reason the low rating is the inability to set the thing up to work. Four days and countless tries I gave up. Customer Service was little to no help either. I would not recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy frustrating yourself. Then knock yourself out. and enjoy..

Very disappointed

This is the second Sony I have had to take back due to it not working. I plug it in with everything connected correctly and it won't play any disks. Not blu-ray, not DVD. Not only will it not play a DVD, it won't connect to the Internet in order to stream Netflix. According to the "easy set up", all was working properly. I am very disappointed in Sony.

It was a gift. We have not used it yet. We thought it was wireless, but it is not, so we will probably not use it very much.
