Nice interior; looks good; Dial is the issue

This has a very large interior and the visual in my kitchen is great. However, the dial option is not convenient. It is cumbersome and I worry about the dial 'wearing out" because of the constant need to use it for most functions. I am sorry that I did not realize this particular issue before purchasing. (I was not able to view this in a store so went by what I "saw" online. )
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought already installed in new construction home. No manual. Took a while for us to figure out to get it working. Still not sure if using the way it was meant.
