So far so good. Using the dial is an adjustment but getting used to it quick. There is some empty space below the turntable glass i think this helps the food warm at the bottom better than my old microwave

Very easy to use with enough buttons to speed up common tasks but not too many which would confuse the interface.

In less than two years after I purchased the GE Profile Microwave Oven, the door is chipped, the filter door cannot be closed due to the broken latch, and the entire plastic part of the filter is cracked. See photos. I am the only person who uses this microwave oven and I am a senior citizen. The guarantee is only for a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
