This microwave is not very user-friendly.
My previous microwaves were much easier to use. I could push one single button to turn it on for a quick heat (e.g., pressing "1" would automatically turn it on for 1 minute). This one requires several pushes. I still haven't figured out how to set the temperature.
I have to turn on the lights in order to see the buttons.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cooling fan

Not sure what to write. We just installed the microwave and the internal cooling fan is making a metallic noise

The microwave looks good but is difficult to operate. I don't like the knob on the front, it is confusing. The owners manual is difficult to follow. Would not purchase this model again.
