Bad knobs

Love the stove but the knobs are flimsy and broke within 4 months.

Defective knobs

All the knobs broke within 60 days..the knobs are considered cosmetic so if i want other ones i have to pay..although i can't use my brand new stove without them

2 years and one of the valve already broke

Got this 2 years ago. The middle burner valve is stuck midway. Had issue with it several times but now its completely stuck. Unfortunately, I did not buy extended warranty. I had frigidaires before that lasted forever. I guess they don't make them as good nowadays.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Knob a four letter word

I was upset and also comforted to see everyone has had problems with the knobs. Please stop reply "This is not a normal thing for our knobs. Our design team can certainly use your feedback to improve our part for awesome customers such as yourself." Scroll - clearly this a normal thing for your knobs

Love the power of this cooktop. All is very well made except the plastic knobs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this for almost a year. Functions well, cleans up great with all stainless steel.
Just wished the control knobs were a real heavy material other than the thin plastic. First time wife placed in dishwasher for a thorough cleaning 2 of the knobs broke. Most unexpected. You replaced all 5 after we called and complained thank you very much. These will never see the high heat of dishwasher

Everything is great, albeit Broken Knob

Good Product but the knob keep breaking.

In general I really like the cooking top, is a good product and works super great. The only thing I do not like is the knob, their break and burn super fast. Is only been like a year that I bought it and this is the 2nd time I changed all of them. Very disappointed on this, because is a great product and brand.
