Knobs break easily

As many others have said the stove top is great EXCEPT for the knobs. Same issues as everyone else; knobs broke too easily, replacements are outrageously overpriced only to be sold the same junk that'll break just as easily.

KNOB ISSUE

Love the gas range but these knobs are pretty ridiculous. Once on broke, I inspected it to find there are plastic! Please assist!!!

Knobs broken after first use

I am trying to find replacement knobs because the stems broke almost immediately after using. We just got this appliance. Why are the knobs and stems plastic plastic? After reading these reviews, I guess this is a common problem. I don’t want to have to replace these over and over again. Is there a better knob out there that won’t break?

Poor Quality

I am highly disappointed at how poorly the knobs are. They broke in 3 months. All 4 of them. It's sad that company is aware of how poorly they are made, but so expensive to replace.

Bought this stovetop and literally all the knobs have now borken. Before reading these reviews we had been ordering genuine Frigidaire replacement knobs. Frigidaire knows that these knobs are poor quality. Hopefully they have a solution for my broken knobs.

Cheap Knobs

One of our cook top knobs broke after using it just three times. Very disappointing and after reading so many other negative reviews, I feel that it is a matter of time before the other knobs break. We finally finished renovation for our kitchen and now within the first week of using it, we have to start replacing a cooktop knob. I would like to continue to purchase Frigidaire products in the future, but I will not if this issue is not addressed.
