Broken knobs

After reading many reviews on this post for this product I seem to be having the same issue everyone else has, my unit is just over 14 months old and all five of the knobs are broken. I was wondering if Frigidaire as a company is doing anything by standing behind this product more than just over a year before offering very expensive replacement knobs which may very well do the same thing. I love to hear from someone in customer support to discuss this issue and if I will continue my business using Frigidaire products. Other than an obvious you it has been a great cooktop

Cheap Quality material for knob

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cheap Quality material for knob 30 " gas cook top knob material is very cheap, please give us a free replacement with a better quality knob. what kind of quality control your company have. no testing at all out of 4 4 are bad , and i have seen so many complaints about knob.. No response no replacement option help ur customer otherwise customer will go away to other brand.

Plastic knobs break easily

I have had my gas range for 1 year and the knobs break easily. I am very dissatisfied with plastic knobs on a range of this quality. Should be much more sturdy and of higher quality.

Not a good product

We bought this cooker 2 years ago and right from the beginning after it was installed by the dealer installer the product had the middle burner problem, we have contacted the dealer and never received a response. Soon after we had broken nubs and cost us a lot to replace them. Looks like a cheap product.

Looks Nice, but piece of crap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pass on this one. Easy to clean, but like everyone else says the knobs are made of crap plastic and you break them constantly. Eventually you will spend more on knob replacements than the actual unit. I have one left that isn't broken, and it is a fun little game to move it around to turn on/up/down/off when I need to cook.
